Established in 2004 Peacocks & Roses grew from a true love for flowers and interior design. Training as a florist whilst at university Soraya established herself working on many events and productions in London. Armed with a creative mind and a natural flair she decided to take the giant leap into the world of Weddings and Events and founded Peacocks & Roses.
Our name ‘Peacocks & Roses’ came from a weekend trip to France. Being whisked away by a handsome young beau to a French Chateau Soraya had an epiphany.
“It was early morning and I woke up to the most beautiful sounds of Peacocks calling. Still sleepy but curious, I opened the large chateau windows to find beneath me a misty garden of peacocks and roses. This beautiful image has stayed with me ever since and once I decided to start the company there was only one name that came to mind.”
